Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on marketing automation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Marketo is required, with certification being a valuable asset
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to interpret data, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive results
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excel in written and verbal communication and teamwork, fostering a customer-centric approach to align efforts and achieve shared goals
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, set clear priorities, and use time efficiently to ensure successful project delivery and effective organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing workflows to engage prospects throughout their buying journey, delivering timely and relevant communication
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Dive deep into campaign performance by monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure our marketing automation efforts uncover actionable insights, and tell compelling stories with data. You’ll play a critical role in identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to stakeholders. You’ll also partner with Product and BI teams to fuel product-led growth (PLG )initiatives with precision and creativity
  • Lead Generation: Develop, refine, and optimize the lead scoring program in collaboration with marketing operations to enhance lead quality and conversion rates. Your efforts will be pivotal in growing our pipeline and driving business success
  • Campaign Management: Own the execution of targeted, high-impact campaigns in support of broadening marketing initiatives and driving customer engagement
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work hand-in-hand with sales, content, enablement, and design teams to align efforts, share insights, and amplify results
  • Cross-Sell Strategies: Create marketing automation workflows to identify and promote cross-sell opportunities, enhancing customer engagement and revenue growth

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and other marketing technologies is preferred
