Requirements

  • Extensive experience in analysing multi-channel marketing data, interpreting KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to optimise campaign performance
  • Proven expertise in designing, managing, and automating marketing operations workflows, including semi-automated outreach campaigns using platforms like HubSpot and Clay
  • Strong technical proficiency in marketing automation, lead enrichment, and data optimization, with a track record of enhancing account lists and driving scalable growth
  • Deep experience with HubSpot, marketing analytics tools, and leveraging AI for driving growth and improving marketing effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and report on marketing data through dashboards to track multi-channel campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enrich target accounts, qualify leads through data-driven insights, and ensure smooth data handoff between systems
  • Develop and manage automated workflows and processes that streamline marketing operations & semi-automated outreach campaigns via Clay & La Growth Machine
  • Maintain and oversee the integration of marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, ABM platforms) to ensure data accuracy and effective lead management
