Summary

Join Chronos Agency as a Client Strategist to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs. Collaborate with clients, strategize and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies, and communicate performance insights. Maintain strong client relationships, manage multiple accounts, and work with the Activations team to ensure strategic alignment. Upsell and cross-sell additional services, share industry insights, and contribute to the company's thought leadership. Success is measured by client retention, satisfaction, campaign performance, account growth, team collaboration, and client advocacy. This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Strategize, formulate, and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies
  • Communicate insights and reports on performance
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive overall positive client experience
  • Work with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts
  • Collaborate with the Activations team to ensure thorough strategy and instructions, aligning everyone on the overall strategy
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients to enhance their marketing efforts
  • Share industry insights and information with marketing to position the company as a thought leader
  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs
  • Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies
  • Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns
  • Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development
  • Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy
  • Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement
  • Provide valuable industry insights to the marketing team to enhance the company’s reputation as an industry leader
