Summary

Join Winona, a leading telemedicine company specializing in HRT for women in menopause, as a Data Analyst to manage their customer data platform (CDP), tracking infrastructure, and marketing analytics tooling. You will ensure accurate and privacy-compliant data collection across platforms, collaborating with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams to support growth, measurement, and reporting needs. This role involves owning and expanding the tracking lexicon/event schema, managing integrations between the CDP and marketing tools, overseeing tracking compliance, collaborating on new tracking events, generating self-serve reports and dashboards, querying data warehouse sources, setting up experiments, and supporting the performance marketing team with attribution modeling and insights.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in a data-focused role, ideally with exposure to marketing tech, growth, or analytics engineering
  • Hands-on experience with the following tools: Segment (or similar CDPs), Snowflake (or comparable data warehouses), Facebook Ads Manager + Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Mixpanel, Optimizely
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort querying large datasets
  • Working knowledge of cookie behavior, consent management, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
  • Experience managing event tracking implementation end-to-end, from planning to QA
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and cross-team communication

Responsibilities

  • Own and expand the tracking lexicon/event schema across all platforms (web, backend, marketing tools, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate data collection and attribution across tools like Segment, GTM, Google Analytics, and Ad platforms
  • Manage integrations between the CDP (Segment) and marketing/destination tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Oversee tracking compliance including cookie management, consent banners, and data privacy best practices
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to implement new tracking events and user-level data
  • Generate self-serve reports and dashboards in Mixpanel, and support growth/marketing analytics
  • Query and maintain reporting pipelines from Snowflake and other data warehouse sources
  • Set up and optimize experiments using platforms like Optimizely
  • Support performance marketing team with attribution modeling and insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tools like RudderStack, BigQuery, dbt, or Amplitude
  • Experience supporting DTC, subscription, or telehealth businesses
  • Exposure to reverse ETL tools like Hightouch or Census
