Summary

Join Snowplow, a global leader in customer data infrastructure for AI, as a Marketing Development Representative! Based in London (hybrid) or remotely in the UK, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualifying their needs and ensuring a great prospect experience. You will leverage various tools and insights to pre-qualify leads, nurture prospects, and drive pipeline growth. Responsibilities include engaging inbound leads across multiple channels, pre-qualifying opportunities, conducting pre- and post-event outreach, leveraging data insights, using AI tools, managing lead flow in Salesforce, and optimizing the prospect journey. This role requires experience in inbound sales/marketing/customer engagement, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with specific tools. Requirements

  • Experience in inbound-focused sales, marketing, or customer engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach, working closely with marketing and sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Engage inbound leads: Respond to inquiries from our website, chat, email, and other inbound channels
  • Pre-qualify opportunities: Uncover prospects’ needs and determine if they’re a fit for Snowplow’s solutions, ensuring seamless handoffs to Account Executives
  • Pre- and Post-Event Outreach: Reach out to attendees from events and webinars, offering tailored resources or incentives to drive engagement. Schedule prospect meetings with our sales team and/or leadership to occur onsite at in-person events
  • Leverage data insights: Use tools like ZoomInfo, Cognism, Clearbit, and Salesforce to identify ICP companies with high intent to prioritise outreach
  • Use AI tools and behavioural signals: Leverage AI-powered insights—like browsing behaviour, repeat visits, and high-intent actions—to prioritise leads and trigger timely, personalised outreach. Test and refine approaches based on what drives engagement
  • Manage lead flow Track all interactions in Salesforce, keep Salesforce contact and meeting records updated, and maintain a consistent flow of sales qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Optimise the journey: Provide exceptional service to prospects, ensuring they feel supported and informed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc
