TorkLaw, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Marketing Director to join their team and work from home. The position involves overseeing marketing activities, including digital marketing, brand management, content creation, and lead generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus
- 2 years' experience as a Marketing Director or similar role, in the personal injury space
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Oversee content creation and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals
- Track and report on marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
