Summary

Join Within3 as a Digital Marketing Generalist to drive engagement and conversions. This temporary, fixed-term contract (maximum 60 hours/month) runs until December 21, 2025. You will execute digital lead generation strategies, manage social media presence, and own the employee advocacy program. Responsibilities include running paid LinkedIn ads, collaborating with the Events Manager on marketing strategies, aligning campaigns with global strategy, and providing marketing and sales operations support. The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of relevant marketing experience, strong project management skills, and proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce. Experience in B2B SaaS and the life sciences industry is a plus.

Requirements

  • No less than five years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in digital channel execution
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Must be highly proficient in using marketing automation technology (HubSpot) and leveraging a CRM (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Execute against a digital lead generation strategy that supports the overall marketing strategy
  • Manage Within3’s social media presence to amplify brand presence
  • Own Within3’s employee advocacy program to increase thought leadership and campaign reach among internal champions
  • Run Within3’s paid LinkedIn ads to expand audience engagement
  • Work closely with the Events Manager to deliver pre-, peri, and post-event marketing strategy, promotional support, execution, attendee and lead list processing for both live events and virtual (webinars, roundtables, and workshops)
  • Work closely with different marketing functions to align campaigns to the global strategy
  • Marketing operations support, including the setup of HubSpot workflows and sales sequences
  • Sales operations support, including triaging and monitoring leads
  • Other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a B2B SaaS business; experience in the life sciences industry is a plus
