Responsibilities include data analysis and reporting, funnel analysis, developing data-driven strategies, collaborating on marketing optimization, and developing functional requirements. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of marketing experience, expertise in digital marketing data, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B/B2C growth marketing, ideally within healthcare, SaaS, or similar sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related field/experience
  • Expertise in digital marketing data, with hands-on experience in platforms such as Google Analytics, Iterable, Hubspot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and experience with Snowflake or other data warehouse platforms
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate data insights in an accessible way to marketing teams and senior leadership
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external partners to drive marketing performance

Responsibilities

  • Continuously analyze data across marketing channels, campaigns, and tactics to understand performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform marketing decisions
  • Deliver comprehensive funnel analysis, providing clear insights into lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement to improve marketing performance and drive business growth
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all data-driven requests, unlocking valuable insights from Fullscriptโ€™s data and presenting these findings to internal teams to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to prioritize data requests and ensure strategies are continuously optimized to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create, analyze, and validate business requirements. Translate these into detailed functional requirements and user stories to ensure clear communication with technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the health and wellness or SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with the customer journey in health and wellness, particularly for healthcare providers and patients
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Experience with A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve results
  • Knowledge of lead management frameworks
