Join Cylinder, a virtual health platform focused on digestive health, as their Marketing Lifecycle Manager. You will optimize the member journey from activation to retention, using data-driven decisions to enhance engagement and long-term retention. This role requires strong analytical and strategic skills to refine segmentation, messaging, and journey automation. You will lead data analysis, oversee segmentation strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in marketing lifecycle management and data analysis tools. This is a remote-first position.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing lifecycle, CRM, or engagement marketing
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Looker Studios)
- Strong understanding of email, SMS, and push notification marketing strategies
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and segmentation tools
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to work cross-functionally to implement optimizations
Responsibilities
- Strategically map and manage the end-to-end member journey, from awareness to retention, ensuring a seamless, engaging experience at every touchpoint
- Continuously analyze and refine the journey to identify gaps, optimize interactions, and enhance member engagement
- Based on data analysis, strategize and develop retention campaigns to drive long-term engagement
- Lead data analysis and reporting on campaign performance and member engagement, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization
- Oversee segmentation strategies to enhance targeting efforts, ensuring that messaging aligns with member needs
- Work closely with the Marketing Operations Specialist to build and refine automated workflows, ensuring that marketing efforts are personalized and efficient
- Leverage AI to enhance efficiency, automation, and content creation
- Develop and execute SEO strategy
- Set up and maintain digital ads
- Align product marketing efforts with lifecycle stages and audience insights, partnering with content, product, and operations teams
