Summary

Join Movemedical, a leading advanced inventory management platform company, as their Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager. You will lead and execute targeted marketing programs to drive engagement and revenue with key accounts. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to develop personalized campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with ABM experience in B2B SaaS environments. You will be responsible for ABM strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, personalized campaign creation, account research, content development, performance measurement, and technology enablement. Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (an MBA is a plus)
  • Have over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing , including at least 2 years focusing on ABM strategy and execution
  • Have a proven track record of building and managing successful ABM programs that drive measurable revenue growth
  • Possess a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle , preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or supply chain industries
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in lead nurturing and executing effective lead generation strategies
  • Have expertise in marketing automation, CRM tools, and ABM platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, DemandBase, etc.)
  • Excel in project management, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Possess strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive ABM programs targeting high-value accounts across multiple segments and personas
  • Partner with Sales to align marketing initiatives with account strategies, ensuring a unified approach to pipeline growth and revenue generation
  • Create and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, digital, events, content syndication, direct mail, etc.) tailored to key decision-makers and buyer personas within specific targeted accounts— boosting personalized engagement, revenue opportunities, and conversions
  • Conduct deep account research to identify and understand target organizations’ needs, challenges, and decision-making processes, informing campaign strategy and messaging
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop compelling, account-specific content that resonates with key stakeholders in the medical device industry throughout the buyer journey, from awareness to decision-making
  • Define KPIs, track campaign performance, analyze data , and optimize ABM programs for continuous improvement
  • Leverage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and ABM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, 6sense, Influ2) to scale and measure ABM efforts effectively
