  • Experience in managing social media and web content strategies
  • Goal-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement and growth
  • Excellent organizational skills to bring structure and efficiency to the marketing function
  • Ability to manage and outsource creative teams effectively
  • A thoughtful and strategic approach to marketing, with a hunger to experiment and innovate
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the marketing function
  • Lead the creation and execution of the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives
  • Oversee web content and strategy, ensuring the website is optimized for performance and user engagement
  • Manage social media channels, driving engagement and growing our online presence
  • Craft compelling stories and content that effectively communicate our mission and impact
  • Provide robust sales support, including updating and enhancing sales decks and materials
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts effectively support the sales funnel and drive conversions
  • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels
  • Manage relationships with external creative teams and agencies
  • Build and implement a scorecard to measure marketing performance across a broad spectrum of metrics
  • Focus on long-term brand and story metrics, as well as short-term performance indicators
