Marketing Manager

Summary

Join Blend as a Marketing Manager to deliver marketing recommendations to community banks and credit unions. This remote role involves developing actionable marketing strategies, robust analytical skills, and managing lifecycle marketing with client portfolios. The position requires experience in debit/credit acquisitions, client-facing presentation experience, exceptional problem-solving skills, project management experience, critical thinking, strategic and creative thinking, ability to work in ambiguity, and a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in debit/credit acquisitions, early month on book, existing customer marketing and loyalty/retention
• Client-facing presentation experience
• Exceptional problem-solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of actionable recommendations)
• Project management experience
• Critical thinking: ability to analyze insights and make recommendations to our client’s client to ultimately increase portfolio spend
• Strategic and creative thinker with proven success at developing innovative campaign strategies
• Ability to work in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Work with our client’s internal consulting, marketing and sales team as well as external agency partners to increase and drive engagement with the company’s community banks, and credit unions
• Develop actionable marketing strategies, informed by portfolio analytics and consumer insights, to improve overall performance of debit/credit card portfolios
• Assess current state of clients' portfolios and provide customized strategic marketing recommendations across the customer lifecycle in order to drive results and maximize marketing efforts
