Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in an educational environment
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness in the international B2B space
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.)
  • Experience in briefing and working with digital experts and creative teams, including content creators, videographers, and copywriters
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools - e.g., Google Analytics and HubSpot
  • Experience in the education sector is highly desirable, particularly in marketing to schools or educational institutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present marketing insights to senior management
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimising campaigns and achieving measurable results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, meticulous attention to detail and deliver within deadlines
  • Must live in the UK and have the right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Head of Marketing, Online Schools to support the development of marketing strategies, then utilise experience to execute B2B marketing strategies and plans, to drive lead generation
  • Collaborate closely with the internal Pamoja sales, business development, schools services and academic teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support lead nurturing and client acquisition
  • Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including email marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, tailored to schools and educators, with the support of the digital marketing team
  • Analyse market trends and insights to create compelling, targeted campaigns that appeal to school administrators, heads of departments, and key decision-makers
  • Brief and manage internal and external digital marketing specialists and creative professionals, including content creators, videographers, and designers, to produce impactful marketing materials
  • Manage event programmes internationally, to ensure engagement with both existing schools and prospects, ensuring awareness, loyalty and quality lead generation
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure key KPIs (leads, engagement, conversions, and ROI) are met or exceeded
  • Lead content development efforts such as case studies, whitepapers, brochures, and thought leadership pieces to showcase our solutions' value to schools and parents
  • Oversee partnerships with external marketing agencies to enhance campaign delivery and expand our reach within the education sector
  • Optimise the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximise ROI
