Performance Marketing Manager

Summary

Join us as we seek a Performance Marketing Manager - Provider to enable continued growth of Rula’s base of therapists and psychiatric providers through digital acquisition channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience dedicated to managing multiple paid channels such as SEM, Meta, LinkedIn, etc
• Hands-on-keyboard experience managing digital channels
• Experience with analyzing data from disparate systems to identify trends, i.e. ad platforms, site analytics tools, BI tools and CRMs
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, revops, operations, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Craft the audience and campaign strategy
• Own the execution for paid digital channels such as SEM, paid social, display and video
