Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and digital campaign management

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of email marketing campaigns
- Build and test email templates using marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Maintain and segment email lists to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Continuously test, optimize, and scale marketing initiatives through A/B testing and performance analysis
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables
- Analyze campaign performance and help prepare reports on KPIs (e.g., open rates, click-through, conversions)
- Support general campaign management tasks, including social media scheduling and event promotion
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaign strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, marketing, and sales to optimize the customer journey and improve conversion rates
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Google Analytics, social platforms, or basic design tools is a plus
