Requirements
- Solid understanding of the US market and its specific marketing dynamics
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a marketing role within a B2B service company
- Demonstrated success in building and managing brand identity and marketing strategies
- Strong track record of generating leads through data-driven approaches
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools
- Expertise in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Apollo
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan targeting the US market, focusing on team augmentation and project-based services
- Enhance and promote the company’s brand identity through various channels, working independently and with external agencies
- Use data-driven, analytical approaches to generate high-quality leads, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize campaigns for better results
- Manage business-to-business marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and vision
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and effective communication across all marketing materials and initiatives
- Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo) to improve marketing efficiency and streamline processes
- Analyze marketing data through platforms like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, using insights to adjust strategies as necessary
- Monitor competitors, trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges
- Actively participate in cross-functional team collaboration to drive brand visibility and marketing success
