Summary

Join our growing team as a Marketing Manager and help scale our marketing efforts across multiple channels, developing strategies to increase awareness of Pattern Data through content marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail, and events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a dedicated marketing role, ideally at a start-up. Bonus points if youโ€™ve worked in the legaltech space
  • Evidence youโ€™ve led or played a significant role in various functions in marketing, such as
  • Content Marketing
  • Paid Digital
  • Creation of effective email campaigns (either cold outreach or nurture)
  • Social Media management
  • Events
  • Brand/Design
  • Proficiency in the following software/tools
  • Must have: Hubspot, Canva, Google Suite (especially Slides, Docs, Sheets), Google Analytics, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X)
  • Bonus: Photoshop, Illustrator, basic video editing/producing
  • Proficient storyteller: including marketing data analysis, determining what to scale and what to stop, and identifying next steps to leadership
  • Self-starter: weโ€™re growing quickly and need managers that can present a vision/strategy to leadership and execute on their own
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally: including understanding how marketing will be impacted by our product roadmap, new tech launched, user stories from client services, and promoting Pattern Dataโ€™s growth

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to increase awareness of Pattern Data through content marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail and events
  • Grow and execute demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and accelerate sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure marketing qualified leads are effectively passed to sales for conversion
  • Design and develop marketing materials and landing pages to support all campaigns or events
  • Manage and execute content marketing activities - including the ideation, writing, publishing of multiple blogs per month that play an integral part in cold outreach, nurture, SEO and overall thought leadership
  • Project manage and complete assigned tasks related to marketing content, virtual and in-person events, team operations, reporting, and more
  • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including post ideation, creation, design of assets (we love Canva), receiving approval, scheduling posts, engagement and company-wide notifications to help amplify posts
  • Manage and execute our event marketing strategy: this will be a combination of identifying the right sponsorship level at the right event, as well as managing internal events (either hosted by Pattern Data or with a strategic partner)
