Summary

Join SOBR Safe, Inc. as their Marketing Manager in Greenwood Village, Colorado! This hybrid/in-office/remote position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and equity stock compensation. You will support the Marketing Director in executing marketing strategies across various channels, including e-commerce, content, affiliate marketing, email, public relations, and marketing automation. Responsibilities include developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing affiliate marketing programs, leading email marketing campaigns, overseeing marketing automation, collaborating on PR strategies, and working with content teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong marketing expertise, technical skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role requires a Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing or business and 5+ years of marketing experience.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
  • Expertise in email campaign management, customer segmentation, and using analytics tools to optimize performance (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience working with PR agencies or teams to drive media coverage and brand visibility
  • Strong background in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing best practices
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external agency partners, and stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and alignment of marketing strategies
  • Ability to analyze marketing data, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to internal teams and external partners
  • Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive e-commerce performance, optimize customer journeys, and improve conversions
  • Ability to think creatively and solve complex marketing challenges with innovative approaches
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing or business
  • Agency or in-house marketing experience is required
  • 5+ Years of marketing experience with progressive advancement

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue, ensuring a seamless shopping experience across platforms
  • Manage and expand our affiliate marketing program, collaborating with partners to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of email marketing campaigns, including nurturing, retention, and transactional emails
  • Oversee the implementation and management of marketing automation systems, ensuring effective lead nurturing and customer segmentation
  • Collaborate with the PR team to develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness and positive media coverage
  • Work with internal and external content teams to align messaging and optimize content across all digital touchpoints, from blogs to social media
  • Act as a supplemental point of contact for agency partners in areas such as paid media, SEO, and organic social media
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess marketing campaigns' success and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the marketing director and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technology Manufacturing and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) experience, preferred
  • Experience in a startup environment while operating and scaling a high-performing marketing team is a plus
