Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AEC marketing or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• Deep understanding of the AEC industry’s marketing lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Deltek (with the ability to train others)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams with minimal oversight
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Active involvement in the AEC community with established industry relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the proposal process, including go/no-go decisions and quality control
• Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with firmwide goals
• Facilitate marketing meetings and ensure consistent communication across offices
• Track leads and opportunities, providing regular updates to leadership
• Mentor and manage marketing staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration
• Build strong relationships with technical teams and firm leadership
• Lead the development of complex RFP responses and interview presentations
• Continuously improve marketing processes and storytelling strategies
