Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing and PR experience, ideally in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging
- Experience managing and growing a professional LinkedIn presence and other relevant digital platforms
- Familiarity with website CMS tools and marketing design platforms (e.g., Canva, Figma)
- Demonstrated ability to manage external contractors and creative vendors to deliver projects
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset, excited by a dynamic and fast-paced scale-up environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies to support business goals and grow brand visibility
- Write, edit, and review content across all channelsโLinkedIn, blog, website, pitch decks, press releases, and customer materials
- Manage our social media presence, particularly LinkedIn, ensuring content is engaging, consistent, and aligned to business priorities
- Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the website, including updates to content, layout, and performance in collaboration with external vendors
- Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to create and maintain compelling marketing collateral and pitch decks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external contractors (e.g., designers, web developers, PR consultants) to deliver quality outcomes on time
- Support and help coordinate key marketing functions and events, including webinars, trade shows, and customer experiences
- Lead customer marketing initiatives, creating case studies, coordinating testimonials, and developing campaigns to strengthen engagement
- Track marketing performance metrics and present insights to inform strategy
