Requirements
- Possess a growth-driven mindset with a deep understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
- Have hands-on experience with marketing automation, leveraging tools like HubSpot to optimize email/lifecycle marketing, trial conversion, onboarding, and customer reactivation
- Employ an experimentation-first approach, running A/B tests to refine conversion rates, reduce churn, and improve product engagement
- Possess a knack for storytelling and positioning, crafting compelling product messaging that resonates with different customer segments and drives successful go-to-market launches
- Have experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, from Black Friday promos to webinars, and keeping execution on track with Asana
- Exhibit a collaborative, results-driven attitude, thriving in cross-functional teams and working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive alignment and growth
- Demonstrate a passion for fast-growing SaaS companies, enjoying the challenge of scaling a business, testing new ideas, and continuously optimizing marketing performance
