Summary
Join Employment Hero as our Marketing Operations Analyst and collaborate with the Operations team to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure seamless data flow through our Marketo platform into our CRM systems. You will build, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns and funnels in Marketo to drive lead generation and nurturing; audit campaign trigger setups; perform data cleansing and enrichment; proactively resolve incomplete data records; and manage and segment purchased lists and data sets. This role requires 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Marketo campaign operations, proficiency in organizing and segmenting large data sets, exceptional attention to detail, and experience with CRM systems (Marketo and Salesforce). You will work remotely with flexibility to manage your time and impact. Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Marketo campaign operations, including building and managing marketing funnels
- Proficiency in organizing and segmenting large, complex data sets into actionable lead lists
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Marketo and Salesforce (Salesforce experience a plus)
- A proactive, hardworking mindset with a drive to support team success
- Ability to identify key decision-making contacts and understand relevant marketing data
- Creative problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach to challenges
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns and funnels in Marketo to drive lead generation and nurturing
- Auditing campaign trigger setups to ensure accurate lead routing and MQL status
- Performing data cleansing and enrichment to maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records in Marketo and Salesforce
- Proactively resolving incomplete data records to ensure comprehensive and actionable lead information
- Managing and segmenting purchased lists and data sets to support targeted global marketing initiatives
