Requirements

  • Have 1+ years of relevant experience as a marketing professional
  • Be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Be collaborative, goal-oriented, and data-driven
  • Possess outstanding analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Be proficient with email marketing software (Marketo highly preferred)
  • Be proficient with CRM (Salesforce highly preferred)
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CSS, and HTML

Responsibilities

  • Manage Marketing Systems: Oversee the technical aspects of key marketing systems (MAP, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on the marketing funnel and its impact on the sales pipeline and bookings
  • Establish Best Practices: Develop and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Metrics Reporting: Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, their effectiveness, and business impact
  • Data Exploration: Proactively explore data to identify trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices and provide recommendations to enhance future campaign performance and measurements
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for monitoring marketing performance
  • Analysis Presentation: Present analysis and findings to a variety of audiences
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Data Quality Maintenance: Help maintain contact and campaign data quality
  • Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
  • Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience with a data visualization tool such as PowerBI
