Responsibilities

• Optimize Tool Utilization: Customize and configure tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Common Room, Koala, and various marketing automation platforms to support business objectives
• Maximize the ROI of these tools by improving usability and functionality for the team
• Enable Accurate and Actionable Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into metrics such as close rates, ARR, churn, and outbound activity
• Ensure data reliability and consistency to support strategic decision-making
• Streamline Workflows and Processes: Identify and implement process improvements across sales and marketing teams
• Automate repetitive tasks and ensure smooth data flow between tools
• Support Revenue Growth: Empower sales and marketing teams with tools and processes needed to meet or exceed their goals
• Drive Cohesive Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a bridge between sales and marketing operations, aligning goals, data, and reporting
• Help unify tools and processes for better collaboration
• Maintain Data Hygiene: Ensure clean and accurate data across all systems
• Support Scaling Efforts: Build scalable processes and systems to support growth as the company prepares for additional funding and expansion

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
