Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing operations experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders effectively with strong organizational skills
  • Expertise in Salesforce for lead data management and reporting, with hands-on experience using Marketo to optimize workflows, execute campaigns, and maintain data integrity
  • Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from large datasets, coupled with an understanding of data management principles, segmentation, and governance
  • Ability to propose innovative solutions for routine challenges, execute creatively on these solutions, and efficiently address issues in campaign execution and system inefficiencies

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits to clean up duplicates, incomplete records, and outdated data, ensuring the accuracy of the marketing database
  • Ensure seamless data syncing between marketing and sales platforms, addressing and rectifying any inconsistencies
  • Implement and uphold data governance policies to maintain compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Identify bottlenecks in marketing workflows and suggest process automation improvements for enhanced efficiency
  • Develop and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide marketing operations
  • Partner with operational teams to guarantee data accuracy and cleanliness across all marketing initiatives
