This position requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, strong HubSpot expertise, and proficiency in marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong expertise in HubSpot, including experience with integration, automation, and lead management workflows
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting, with a track record of using data to drive performance improvements
- Experience implementing and optimizing marketing automation processes to support lead generation and nurture strategies
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for operational efficiency and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack (with focus on Hubspot) and other tools, ensuring systems are integrated, effective, and aligned with marketing and sales strategies
- Lead the configuration and optimization of HubSpot and relevant Salesforce areas (e.g. leads, campaigns, attribution), troubleshooting issues, and working with external vendors as needed to implement new functionalities
- Develop and implement best practices for lead management, scoring, segmentation, and nurturing, creating automated workflows that support campaign success and drive customer acquisition
- Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, conversion rates, ROI), delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
- Manage data integrity and ensure accurate data collection via forms, developing robust reporting and analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Support campaign planning and execution by collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring seamless execution and tracking of all marketing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with broader company objectives, ensuring seamless handoffs between marketing and sales and supporting overall customer lifecycle management
- Conduct regular audits of marketing operations processes and technologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing scalable solutions to support growth
- Serve as the subject matter expert on marketing technology, providing training and support to team members on best practices for using tools effectively and maximizing marketing impact
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce, Drift, LeadIQ, Chili Piper and other B2B SaaS tools is a plus
