Requirements
- Extremely high degree of business acumen to work with business peers and technology competency to build and optimize marketing technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in marketing operations or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience with marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot)
- Subject matter expertise with tools for email (like HubSpot), text automation (like Klaviyo) web optimization metrics, lead routing, and attribution and analytics
- Deep knowledge of enabling and overseeing marketing automation from start to finish
- Deep analytical skills with an understanding of how to interpret, formulate and present actionable data, including setting metrics for individual and company-wide initiatives
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and other marketing tools
- Develop and maintain marketing emails, workflows, sequences, landing pages, and templates
- Data Analysis and Reporting. Help regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to the marketing, customers success, sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Implement best practices for lead management, nurturing, and scoring
- Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance capabilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on marketing platforms and operations
