Remote Marketing Operations Manager

Summary

Join Vasion's growing team as a Marketing Operations Manager, responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of our marketing tech stack, managing and optimizing Marketo, ensuring data integrity, executing ad and email tracking programs, and collaborating with the marketing team to provide technical recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, executing marketing campaigns, and working with SaaS products
• 3+ years of experience with Marketo
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce
• Experience with at least one of the following: LeanData, Intercom, BrightTalk, or an equivalent platform

Responsibilities

• Administer the day-to-day operations of our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, Intercom, LeanData, BrightTalk, and other upcoming integrations
• Manage and optimize our Marketo instance, ensuring best practices for campaign execution, lead scoring, and segmentation
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Marketo and Salesforce, including regular audits and maintenance
• Execute ad, email, and event tracking programs, including driving strategies to increase engagement frequency and velocity
• Manage and monitor audience segments and make recommendations on areas for optimization and changes to strategy
• Identify and evaluate data sources required to expand our marketable database in our target segments
• Monitor email KPIs and make recommendations to improve delivery, opens, and engagements. Ensure strong domain and list health and create monthly audits
• Launch nurture programs, ensure they are working properly, and make recommendations for efficiencies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide technical recommendations using the full features and functionality of Marketo
