Marketing Operations Manager

Summary

Join One as a Marketing Operations Manager and contribute to delivering our value proposition through targeted communications. You will build and deploy campaigns to drive customer engagement, supporting our growing product roadmap and new product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, focusing on execution excellence. This role involves constructing marketing communications, coding and launching various message types, measuring campaign success, troubleshooting issues, and implementing automated solutions. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in HTML/CSS, experience with marketing campaign tools (Braze or similar), and Figma knowledge. One offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $140,000 annually.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of related professional experience
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS development
• Experience with marketing campaign tools - Braze or other similar CRM experience is required
• Working knowledge of Figma required
• An act-like-an-owner mentality
• A desire and ability to create, review and deploy beautiful messaging, and an eye for elegant design
• Strong prioritization and project management skills
• A knack for problem-solving
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Construct marketing and transactional communications for deployment
• Code and launch emails, push notifications, in-app messages, text messages, etc
• Measure the success of campaigns in collaboration with the Analytics team
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve production issues as they arise
• Ideate and implement efficiencies and automated solutions
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of and enhancements to our processes and MarTech stack

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Branch and Segment preferred
