Requirements

  • Familiarity with business operations, CRM management, and workflow processes

  • Understanding of content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics across major social platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Airtable, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions, marketing materials, and team collaboration
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and prioritize workload effectively

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and organized client and project records
  • Assist in coordinating business operations, including document management and scheduling
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors
  • Track leads and follow up on inquiries to support business growth
  • Design visually compelling marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, presentations, and branding assets using Canva or other design tools
  • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and industry standards
  • Edit and enhance images for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
  • Assist with paid advertising campaigns and SEO strategies for lead generation
  • Utilize Airtable, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM software to streamline operations
  • Manage digital filing systems and ensure all data is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency
