You will also coach team members on data and process management. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, managing multiple priorities, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment or tech startup
  • Experience with Hubspot and email marketing, including data-driven campaign optimization, reporting, email automation, database segmentation, and newsletter management
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues proactively
  • Strong motivation to improve existing processes and automate workflows continuously
  • A quick learner and self-starter, ready to bring and execute your ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to design, implement, and maintain highly automated and robust processes across all marketing and sales operations
  • Manage and optimize our email marketing infrastructure, overseeing both inbound and outbound performance to maximize email open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversion
  • Take ownership of key elements of our marketing operations setup, driving performance and continuous improvement
  • Act as a key contributor to the execution of our virtual PlatformCon conference, ensuring smooth processes for participants and the team
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring marketing workflows run smoothly
  • Coach and support team members with less operations experience, helping them to own their data and processes
  • Develop and implement training materials and documentation for marketing operations processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing operations trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in coaching or mentoring others on data and process management is a plus
