Requirements

  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot or Marketo and a solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals
  • You’re familiar with digital marketing and lead lifecycle metrics and have experience reporting on them
  • You have experience and knowledge of the sales cycle and the role marketing plays in it
  • You have experience working within Salesforce
  • You are driven and passionate about helping Marketing teams optimize their performance
  • You’re extremely organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have experience leveraging project management platforms (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary user and subject matter expert for all marketing systems (Marketing Automation, Webinar, CRM, etc.) including campaign building, testing, execution, optimization and reporting
  • Work with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to evaluate and implement new technologies to the mar-tech stack
  • Help execute reporting tasks, providing key insights to stakeholders around campaigns, tactics and overall lead lifecycle effectiveness
  • Provide support in selecting and implementing advanced reporting tools
  • Support implementation of lead scoring, segmentation and related functionality improvements
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time to a high standard and help provide insights on what is and isn’t working - QA campaigns and reports to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Work with campaign managers to ensure processes are adhered to, and optimized and support effective working relationships with various stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise and work with IT/Revenue Operations to ensure issues are resolved
