Summary

As Revenue Operations Specialist, Marketing, you will act as the go-to resource for our go-to-market facing teams for process and systems, with a specific focus on the Marketing organization. You will own, optimize, and streamline major impactful initiatives such as our attribution model, lead scoring, sales engagement, and CRM (currently Hubspot) infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience with Hubspot. (Required)
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience with GA4
  • Experience with Gong, Apollo, Intercom, Chili Piper
  • Previous experience at a SaaS company, (Ecommerce is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a startup environment, managing 2,000+ new leads each month
  • A thirst for ownership, learning new skills, and delivering value to those you work
  • Clear demonstration of hitting and exceeding project plans
  • Clear demonstration of working with individuals across departments resulting in higher performance
  • Ability to receive clear, actionable feedback
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Dynamic, flexible, enjoys working quickly
  • Strong comfort multitasking and excellent prioritization
  • Understanding SQL, Python, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational lead for Marketing, while working closely with Customer Success and Sales teams under a centralized Revenue Operations team
  • Work across teams to identify areas of optimization through process improvements and tools (Hubspot, Chili Piper, ProsperStack, Gong, etc.)
  • Develop and manage full-funnel reporting, including the management of paid marketing channels to track performance and help optimize spend
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing operations, ensuring effective communication strategies at each stage of the customer journey
  • Assist with event reporting and coordination to ensure smooth execution and data analysis of event performance
  • Monitor lead quality and establish a detailed list upload and management process to ensure accurate, deduplicated, and enriched data for more efficient sales routing and marketing ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable process improvements and ensure alignment between departments
  • Partner with product teams to drive product-led growth (PLG) initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between product usage and marketing/sales efforts
  • Manage HubSpot operations, including campaign tracking, ROI analysis, and performance reporting to optimize marketing effectiveness
  • Work with the team to scope, build, and track affiliate and customer referral programs
