Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in performance marketing or marketing operations
- Experience managing retainer marketing projects from inception to completion, including campaign planning, execution, and reporting
- Strong proficiency in project management in tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Tello

- A solid understanding of automation tools such as a Make (Integromat) or Zapier
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- A strong work ethic and a passion for learning and professional development
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional team
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights to inform growth ops and marketing strategies
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving marketing trends, and technologies, and a willingness to embrace new challenges
Responsibilities
- Manage and execution of our project management tool (ClickUp)
- Build and optimize workflows and automations to streamline processes, both within our existing tools but also within external automation tools
- Provide training and support to team members on new tools and processes
- Monitor and analyze tool usage and performance metrics
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support the enforcement of new initiatives and best practices
- Collaborate with the Client Success, Business Development, and People Ops teams to address their operational needs
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives as needed
