Summary

Join Torq, a dynamic security company, as their Marketing Operations Specialist. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing technology stack, lead management processes, and reporting. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a similar role. You will need expertise in Hubspot and Salesforce, along with a strong understanding of digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-growth startup and possess excellent organizational and project management skills. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar marketing/revenue operations role
  • Possess excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrate experience designing and managing an innovative marketing technology stack
  • Have expert proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce and familiarity with other marketing tools (e.g. Outreach; ChiliPiper)
  • Have a strong understanding of the operational requirements of digital advertising programs running across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Rollworks, and others
  • Demonstrate experience in data management, visualization and reporting
  • Have a proven track record of developing actionable reports/metrics to inform marketing strategies
  • Possess a balance of strategic vision and tactical execution
  • Be adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage an industry-leading marketing technology stack to enhance demand generation and ABM effectiveness and data analytics
  • Own all aspects of the marketing technology stack including data accuracy, QA, data enrichment, and campaign tracking with the goal of accelerating revenue
  • Maintain and optimize our lead management processes, including lead scoring, intent data, nurturing, and lead routing hand-off to sales, to optimize conversion rates and maximize revenue generation
  • Ensure leads are routing and converting per the established processes, delivering a highly efficient lead management engine for sales
  • Monitor, report and analyze the marketing funnel performance including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value looking for opportunities to optimize
  • Partner with peers across marketing and sales on ways to optimize
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and mitigate potential risks
  • Streamline marketing workflows and processes to increase efficiency and productivity in order to propel our growth
  • Ensure processes are designed, documented, understood, and followed in a way that minimizes bad or incomplete data
