Summary

Join Rasa's Marketing team as a Marketing Operations Specialist and contribute to our growth by executing marketing campaigns and managing technical operations. This fully remote role (USA or UK only) involves creating email campaigns, building landing pages using Webflow, managing marketing data, and setting up A/B tests. You will report to the Senior Marketing Director and work closely with a small, collaborative team. The ideal candidate possesses 4-8 years of digital marketing experience, strong data analysis skills, and experience with email marketing and landing page creation. Requirements

  • 4-8 years of digital marketing experience with proven hands-on campaign management
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages in Webflow
  • Proven track record managing email marketing campaigns and automation
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for technical marketing tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Design and build high-converting landing pages using Webflow
  • Maintain and optimize our email database, ensuring data hygiene and segmentation
  • Pull and compile marketing data from multiple sources for reporting
  • Set up A/B tests across landing pages and email campaigns
  • Support campaign tracking and analytics implementation
  • Assist in developing and maintaining our marketing dashboards
  • Execute technical marketing operations tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous startup experience
  • Experience with additional marketing tools (Apollo, Clearbit, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization
  • Experience with marketing automation workflows
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Experience with A/B testing tools
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
  • Quick learner who adapts well to new tools and technologies
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
