Summary

Join SmarterDx as a Marketing Operations Specialist to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient lead processing and accurate data management. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead follow-up, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Generate reports, extract insights, and present recommendations for improvement. Manage marketing automation operations and contribute to campaign planning across various channels. This fully remote US-based role requires CRM experience, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SmarterDx builds clinical AI to empower hospitals, offering a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Requirements

  • CRM Experience – Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and reporting
  • Data Analysis – Skilled in analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating actionable reports
  • Microsoft Excel – Advanced knowledge of Excel functions, including data manipulation, VLOOKUP
  • Attention to Detail – Meticulous in ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports
  • Process Optimization – Capable of developing and implementing efficient workflows for lead processing and assignment
  • Reporting Tools – Experience with tools like Google Analytics and Excel to extract insights from lead and campaign data and create visual dashboards and reports
  • Communication – Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with sales and marketing teams
  • Project Management – Highly organized with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lead routing rules to ensure timely and accurate assignment to the appropriate sales representatives
  • Monitor lead queues to ensure efficient lead processing and prompt distribution
  • Maintain CRM data integrity by auditing and updating lead records regularly
  • Track lead follow-up activities and identify areas for optimization in sales outreach
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead engagement strategies
  • Monitor and report on lead conversion rates; identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
  • Assign and refine lead scoring models for all marketing campaigns
  • Generate regular reports on lead volume, conversion metrics, and sales follow-up performance
  • Analyze lead and campaign data to uncover trends and actionable insights
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders to optimize demand-generation programs
  • Support email marketing efforts by building segmentation lists, building email templates, building automated journeys, sending individual emails, and reporting on email metrics
  • Support the marketing team in the execution of account-based marketing efforts across multiple channels and the creation and delivery of advertising assets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with project management tools like Asana
  • Familiarity with web-based graphic design tools like Figma for light editing and exporting
