Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
- Experience building campaign assets and programs from inception to completion (e.g., emails, landing pages/forms, list imports, webinars)
- Strong competency in marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and execute marketing campaigns with precision across multiple platforms
- Leverage project management software to track and document campaign request updates
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
- Assist internal teams with campaign-related questions and issues in real time
- Provide campaign analysis and recommendations for campaign optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant certifications such as Marketo Certified Expert
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Asana)
