Requirements
- 3+ years experience in marketing operations, project/program management, or a similar coordination-heavy role
- Experience working in or with B2B marketing teams (healthcare or SaaS a plus)
- Comfortable managing project workflows using tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Airtable, Trello, or Notion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills β especially in summarizing meetings and presenting timelines
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep people on track without being the bottleneck
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the master content and campaign calendar across channels and teams
- Maintain internal project trackers, launch timelines, and status boards
- Coordinate team meetings, set agendas, document notes, and ensure clear action items
- Support marketing operations workflows and campaign execution
- Support the preparation of executive updates and team metrics dashboards
- Partner with team leads to track OKRs, milestones, and deliverables
- Identify and implement process improvements that drive team efficiency and visibility
- Be the go-to resource for operational questions, templates, and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms and basic campaign reporting
