Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience working with ambiguous data, working to find meaningful takeaways and make sound business decisions
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-driven solutions (such as AI content creation, campaign automation, or analytics platforms) to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms
- Strong data analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing or related field
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and strategy of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including our websites, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing, using data centric decision making
- Manage the marketing communications calendar
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and meet business objectives
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes
- Analyze campaign performance data and build a robust strategy for optimization, including ideating AB testing opportunities and seeing through to completion
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and seasonal promotions
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools to automate campaign tasks, personalize content, and optimize digital advertising performance
- Other duties as assigned
