Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing project management with a strong background in debit/credit card marketing
  • Proven experience managing email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and processes, including data transfer and aggregation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and anticipate project risks
  • Strong intuition and analytical skills to foresee and address challenges before they arise
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across various teams and levels

Responsibilities

  • Manage all work streams related to the Debit Card Marketing Program
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively address risks
  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Support early-month-on-book initiatives by developing activation strategies for new cardholders and creating targeted promotions
  • Lead acquisition efforts to convert rewards members to active card users
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing technology, data, and client markets, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding and work with tech teams to stand up new vendors as needed
  • Ensure all campaigns are effectively executed across digital marketing channels, including email and social media
  • Collaborate with marketing tech teams to optimize digital performance
  • Understand and manage proprietary marketing platforms
  • Oversee data sharing, creative setup, measurement, data transfer, and aggregation
  • Utilize marketing performance data to measure success and recommend optimizations
