Marketing Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in project management within a marketing or advertising environment
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana specific knowledge is a plus) and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Braze, SFMC specific experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and asset production
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret campaign briefs to ensure clarity and alignment with objectives
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of assets
• Allocate resources effectively among designers, copywriters, web and email developers, and other team members
• Apply project management frameworks such as SCRUM, KANBAN and/or LEAN to ensure proper project organization
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the marketing team
• Align project scope and deliverables with client expectations
• Facilitate feedback loops to ensure client satisfaction
• Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including digital paid media, email copy and design, landing pages, and HTML templates
• Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and compliance standards
• Track and report on project performance metrics
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
