Summary

Join SmarterDx's Marketing team as a Marketing Project Manager to drive the execution of marketing initiatives. This fully remote US-based role requires managing detailed project plans, applying project management tools, and ensuring seamless campaign execution across various channels. You will work closely with a talented team, external partners, and stakeholders to craft and execute impactful marketing programs. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in B2B marketing, healthcare tech, or SaaS. Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within B2B marketing, healthcare tech, or SaaS, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and managing complex timelines
  • Proficiency with project management platforms like Asana (preferred), and an ability to wrangle many projects simultaneously
  • You don’t just sweat the small stuff—you live for it. Your organizational skills are second to none
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges and communicating with others including senior leadership, ensuring projects stay on course
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills, whether you’re chatting with the creative team or presenting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for marketing initiatives, defining tasks, timelines, and deliverables that align with team goals
  • Apply project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Asana, Monday) to make workflows and project execution run smoothly
  • Keep projects balanced while navigating shifting business needs and timelines, ensuring no balls hit the ground
  • Act as the go-to for all project updates, risks, and solutions, keeping team members and partners informed and aligned
  • Oversee marketing campaigns—whether it’s direct mail, digital, or events—ensuring everything comes together seamlessly and on schedule
  • Anticipate risks and challenges, then proactively implement solutions that keep projects humming along
  • Define and track success metrics for projects, analyzing outcomes to provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives
  • Constantly look for ways to refine processes and boost the team’s results and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience including pulling reports, updating lead information, adding campaign costs, and exporting data
  • Experience using Figma to make minor edits and export images
  • Experience working with printing and swag product vendors
