Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3β5 years of experience in marketing project management, with a focus on SEO and SEA initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, and paid search techniques
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Ahrefs)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Technical proficiency to work effectively with engineering teams (e.g., familiarity with HTML, CMS, and website architecture)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee project plans for SEO, SEA, and other customer acquisition campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines
- Coordinate with marketing and engineering teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Manage workflows, assign tasks, and track progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO improvements
- Work with engineering to implement website and platform enhancements that improve search engine rankings and site performance
- Drive SEA campaigns, including paid search strategies, ad copy creation, and performance analysis
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing and engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of priorities
- Partner with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver optimized and engaging marketing materials
- Provide clear documentation and reporting on technical requirements, marketing analytics, and campaign outcomes
- Monitor and analyze the performance of SEO and SEA campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel and similar platforms
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and project achievements
