Summary

Join Aledade's Customer Experience Marketing Team as a Marketing Specialist to execute campaigns enhancing client onboarding, engagement, and retention across hospitals, FQHCs, and private practices. You will deliver impactful marketing efforts across digital and offline channels, develop targeted content, and support the Ambassador and Referral program. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly organized, with a passion for improving the customer journey. This role offers remote work flexibility anywhere in the US. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related degree
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Campaign Execution: Partner on the delivery of onboarding, retention, and engagement campaigns across various channels. Manage creative timelines, content coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and align with customer journey milestones
  • Content & Messaging Development: Partner on creating and refining customer-facing content and messaging tailored to segmented audiences. Collaborate with creative, portfolio marketing, and lifecycle teams to ensure communications are relevant, timely, and aligned with brand voice and Aledade experience
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, engagement, retention trends, churn rates). Identify opportunities for improvement and partner with the team to test, iterate, and enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Program Support – Ambassador & Referral: Support the operations, communications, and promotion of the Ambassador and Referral program. Assist in outreach, logistics, and reporting to strengthen brand advocacy and organic growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, especially in onboarding and retention campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for customer-first messaging
  • Experience with campaign execution, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized and communicate well with other stakeholders
  • Advanced communication and writing skills; ability to network with ease
  • Healthcare background
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of databases/database marketing a plus
  • Product management and go-to-market strategy
