Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 3+ years as a marketing specialist overall
  • Experience leading e-commerce, B2C strategies, and digital advertising
  • Build the go-to-market strategy
  • Experience creating campaigns (using tools like Facebook Pixel, Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Background with email marketing, social media ads, and community-building strategies (e.g., on WhatsApp)
  • E-commerce Expertise: Proven track record of managing and executing successful e-commerce campaigns
  • Experience driving customer acquisition and retention through digital platforms
  • B2C Marketing: Strong understanding of consumer behavior and B2C marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with creating and promoting offers that attract individual consumers
  • Marketing Channels: Proficiency in managing paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
  • Experience with email marketing, retargeting, and content marketing to engage and convert consumers
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp and other community-building tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the webinar and drive merchant participation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
  • Create compelling case studies showcasing the benefits of using the app
  • Develop engaging content for ads, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Build and manage a merchant-focused community, including WhatsApp groups, to foster engagement and long-term relationships
  • Design and execute targeted ad campaigns to attract merchants to the webinar
  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring high open and conversion rates
  • Strategically promote the webinar across relevant channels to maximize attendance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless webinar experience
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyzing key metrics, and providing regular reports
  • Adjust strategies as needed to optimize results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital marketing tools are a plus
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with small businesses, local markets, or cashback and rewards apps

Benefits

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $900 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
  • This position includes a 3-month trial period, with the possibility of extension to a long-term
