Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real state or financial industries
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating content creation
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- SEO experience or proficiency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality content for blogs, case studies, social media, email newsletters, and thought-leadership articles
- Collaborate with AI consultants to create educational and engaging content about the companyโs offerings
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely, relevant, and brand-consistent communication
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, social media ads, and email marketing campaigns
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
- Develop and maintain a strong social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
- Engage with the community, respond to comments, and ensure interactions reflect the companyโs objectives
- Grow followers and engagement with targeted, visually appealing content
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and audience preferences
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and keep the company ahead of industry trends
- Ensure marketing materials align with the company's brand standards and messaging
- Develop branding materials, including brochures, pitch decks, and trade show assets
- Work closely with the design team to create visually compelling marketing assets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing social media content for startups or within the real estate/rental industry
- Previous collaboration with design and marketing teams for multi-channel campaigns
- Familiarity with ad campaign strategy and execution
- Experience engaging with LinkedIn influencers or creator partnerships
