Summary

Join SalesLabX as a Digital Marketing Specialist and contribute to the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns. Collaborate closely with internal design and development teams to generate innovative concepts. This role involves creating conversion-optimized copy, collaborating with sales to nurture leads, and building an internal marketing team. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years of marketing experience, and strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Experience in B2B tech marketing and familiarity with various marketing tools are preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Experience with systems such as FB Ad manager and Google analytics
  • Experience with social media channels such as TikTok and Twitter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Ability to set priorities and complete documentation within deadlines
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical recommendations
  • Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and implementing initiatives
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levers
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the SalesLabX internal marketing strategy by generating ideas for campaigns, special promotions, and nurturing programs to drive sales revenue
  • Write conversion optimized copy for landing pages, emails, and other assets in support of the above initiatives
  • Collaborate with our internal design and development teams to have assets created for each project/campaign
  • Collaborate with Sales to define and effectively target and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads for SLX
  • Build out an internal Marketing team/department including processes
  • Other duties as assigned
