Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or GTM strategy within high-growth B2B/B2C SaaS or agency environments
- Proven track record of leading marketing planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional programs at scale
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive alignment and execution across marketing, sales, product, and finance teams
- Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics, campaign operations, and budget/resource allocation
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
- Experience working with work management tools, particularly Monday.com
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive prioritization and accountability across teams
Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives and cross-functional priorities
- Own and manage the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring clear prioritization and sequencing of initiatives
- Establish a marketing prioritization framework that balances strategic objectives, available resources, and execution capacity
- Partner with marketing leaders to ensure marketing campaigns and GTM initiatives are aligned across content, demand generation, digital, website, marketing operations, product marketing, and brand
- Own the executional rigor of marketing programs, ensuring all teams operate efficiently and effectively
- Develop and optimize workflows, processes, and project management tools to improve execution speed and collaboration
- Track progress against key milestones, deliverables, and marketing KPIs, ensuring teams stay on track
- Act as a strategic connector between marketing, sales, product, and finance to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and performance
- Facilitate regular marketing leadership meetings, GTM syncs, and cross-functional planning sessions to drive alignment and execution
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns with sales motions, working closely with revenue operations and sales enablement
- Provide executive-level reporting on marketing performance, operational efficiency, and campaign effectiveness
- Optimize marketing workflows, ensuring that campaign execution is scalable, repeatable, and effective
- Improve marketing performance tracking by partnering with analytics teams to establish dashboards and data-driven decision-making frameworks
- Support budget planning and resource allocation, ensuring alignment between marketing investments and expected ROI
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CMO, helping shape strategy, presentations, and executive communication
- Support the CMO in managing high-impact strategic projects, board-level reporting, and cross-functional initiatives
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing leadership meetings, offsites, and quarterly planning processes
