Requirements
- Proven experience leading marketing operations, strategy, and platform migrations (e.g., SFMC, Braze, or similar systems)
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, project management, and operations
- Expertise in campaign management across email, SMS, push notifications, paid media, and website
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Braze, Hubspot, Freshpaint, Salesforce, and corporate website management
- Proficiency with analytics tools and understanding of key marketing KPIs
- Experience managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Product teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns across all channels and workstreams to maximize ROI - lifecycle, partner, b2b, content, PR/media, website, and advertising
- Oversee resource allocation and program spend optimization, ensuring efficiency in marketing investments
- Work closely with Marketing, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Product teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies to improve resourcing and reduce errors in marketing workflows
- Train teams on new workflows and marketing automation tools to increase adoption and efficiency
- Optimize database quality, segmentation, and actionable reporting to drive more effective marketing efforts
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecasting efforts for marketing initiatives
- AI AI AI - identify and train marketing on new opportunities for AI to streamline manual operations
- Lead the ongoing training and optimization of marketing tools including Salesforce, Braze, Webflow Hubspot, and Freshpaint
- Ensure seamless automation of workflows to reduce manual work and scale execution across all marketing teams
- Strengthen marketing infrastructure to improve reporting, data accuracy, and tool utilization
- Track campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and conversion rates across all marketing channels and departments
- Establish a data-driven approach to assess ROI, optimize spend, and prioritize marketing initiatives
- Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks in collaboration with the analytics and finance teams
- Measure impact, uncover growth opportunities, and improve EBITDA across all marketing efforts
- Ensure budget efficiency by eliminating waste and improving cost-effectiveness in marketing operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Budgeting and resource allocation experience preferred
- Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and multi-channel engagement strategies
- Experience in digital health or a B2B2C marketing environment
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimize campaigns for maximum impact
